Usage

• Bathing: Add a few drops for a heavenly comfortable feeling filled in the soothing aroma. Dilute one drop of Lavender, add to baby bath water to improve sleep quality.
• Massaging: Mix a few drops with a carrier oil such as Grapeseed oil apply on the skin. (Do not use the Essential Oil directly on the skin)
• Air Purifying: Can be used with Diffusers, Air Fresheners, Air Purifiers, and with Steaming.
• Suitable for stimulating mind and adjusting emotions at home or office.
• Used in creams and lotions to help patients improve oily skin and acne symptoms.

Recommendation

• Grapefruit blends well with Lavender, Juniper, Lemon and Jasmine.
• Resist depression recipe: 3 drops of Grapefruit + 3 drops of Sweet Orange + 2 drops of Jasmine.
• Soothe mental condition recipe: 3 drops of Grapefruit + 3 drops of Sweet Orange + 3 drops of Lavender.
• Air purifying recipe: 5 drops of Grapefruit + 10ml distilled water. (For diffuser)
