Description

Cinnamon (Cinnamomum zeylanicum) has a delicate, warm, and spicy fragrance that is mentally stimulating. Usage

  • Bathing: Add a few drops for a heavenly comfortable feeling filled in with a soothing aroma.
  • Massaging: Mix a few drops with a carrier oil such as Grapeseed oil to apply to the skin. (Do not use the Essential Oil directly on the skin)
  • Air Purifying: This can be used with Diffusers, Air Fresheners, Air Purifiers, and Steaming. Add to water with Patchouli and Lavender for a great home air freshener that will also support immune health.
  • It can be mixed with Ginger, Cedarwood, and Sweet Orange as a compound essential oil in winter.

Recommendation

  • Cinnamon essential oil blends well with Orange, Frankincense, Ylang Ylang, Clove Bud, and Ginger.
  • Alleviating indigestion recipe: 5 drops of cinnamon + 3 drops of peppermint + 2 drops of orange + 20ml carrier oil
  • Repairing acne skin recipe: 1 drop of Cinnamon + 2 drops of Frankincense + 5ml Grapeseed oil.
  • Relieving indigestion recipe: 1 drop of Cinnamon + 2 drops of Ginger + 2 drops of Sweet Orange + 20ml carrier oil.
