Usage

• Bathing: Add a few drops for a heavenly comfortable feeling filled in with a soothing aroma.
• Massaging: Mix a few drops with a carrier oil such as Grapeseed oil to apply to the skin. (Do not use the Essential Oil directly on the skin)
• Air Purifying: This can be used with Diffusers, Air Fresheners, Air Purifiers, and Steaming.
• It can be used as a mouthwash to treat gum inflammation.
• Cold compress has a good effect on bruises.

Recommendation

• Fennel blends well with Cinnamon, Geranium, Cypress, Jasmine, and Lemon.
• Breast enlargement recipe: 1 drop of Ylang Ylang + 2 drops of Geranium + 1 drop of Fennel + 2 drops of Lemon + 15ml Jojoba oil.
• Relieving indigestion recipe: 4 drops of Fennel + 5ml carrier oil. (For massage)
