Usage

• Bathing: Add a few drops for a heavenly comfortable feeling filled in the soothing aroma. (The topical usage)
• Aroma bath or massage directly on the abdomen can relieve menstrual blood shortage and cycle disorders.
• Massaging: Mix a few drops with a carrier oil such as Grapeseed oil apply on the skin. (Do not use the Essential Oil directly on the skin)
• Air Purifying: Can be used with Diffusers, Air Fresheners, Air Purifiers, and with Steaming. Use in the study to inspire creative thinking.

Recommendation

• Juniper blends well with Rosemary, Cypress, and Sweet Orange.
• Sliming legs recipe: 1 drop of Rosemary + 3 drops of Juniper + 2 drops of Cypress + 15ml carrier oil.
• Soothing headache recipe: 4 drops of Juniper + 4 drops of Rosemary + 20ml carrier oil.
• Massaging belly recipe: 4 drops of Juniper + 4 drops of Sweet Orange + 20ml carrier oil.
